Trace was founded by a group of young passionate anglers, who couldn't find premium biodegradable alternatives to PVC baits. We spent most of our time on the water, but each cast came with a thought: What happens to each plastic bait we lose?

After seeing how little innovation there was in the eco space, and how the options were either too stiff or fell apart, we started making our own.

We didn’t start in a lab. We started in basements, kitchens, and garages — pouring, testing, and tweaking every batch ourselves. Every mold, every mixture, every fish caught was part of the process.

That’s what TRACE became: the bait we couldn’t find. Built for performance. Designed to leave no trace.
